“POLYVTOR” factory is located in the Crimea (town of Krasnoperekopsk). Since 2004 it has been one of the leading manufacturers of polyethylene pipes used forgas and water supplies “INTERPLAST” Trading House is a structural unit of the “POLYVTOR” factory. Over the past two years the “POLYVTOR” and “INTERPLAST” industrial group has had the best growth rate among all the relevant operators and is holding a leading position in the polyethylene pipes market of Ukraine.

“POLYVTOR” OJC has an in-house quality control laboratory which is certified in full compliance with the Ukrainian quality standard requirements (GОSТ 11262-80, DSТU BВ.2.7-73-98, ТU UВ.2.7-21547843.006-01). Pipes used in gas supply industry have been tested and certified in Y. Paton National Academy Scientific Research Institute and approved by the State Committee for Construction, Architecture and Residential Policy of Ukraine. Gas and water pressure pipes for pipelines are also approved by the Health Ministry for house hold use.

The “INTERPLAST” Trading House deals in distributing gas and wate supplies polyethylene pipes ranging from 16 mm to 1000 mm in diameter and relevant fittings, provides delivery and installation servicesinaccordance with a project throughout Ukraine. The produce is manufactured from solely high quality raw materials.

As shown in the diagrams “POLYVTOR” OJC is among the five leading manufacturers of PU pipes. The production volume has been growing annually and it is planned to achieve the 7 500 ton/year mark in 2008.
In autumn 2007 “POLYVTOR” JSC installed and commissioned four extra production lines for gas and water supplies pipes of different diameters, now totaling 10 lines all in all.

The proposed pipes have considerably lower prices as compared to metal and carbon steel ones, are not predisposed to corrosion and do not require insulation works and protection from static current. Also, among other advantages of the PU pipes one must specify the following: minor weight, the possibility of delivery by coils (from 100 to 400 m) and trenchless installation, sanitation of already existing pipelines, extra reduction of cost and time of construction works.
